2. If your application is found to be truthful and accurate and we believe you are a good candidate for the rental, we will contact you and send a link to complete a credit and background check.

3. Once the credit and background check is reviewed and it is determined that you are still eligible to rent the home, we will contact you to set up a viewing of the home at a date and time that is convenient.

4. If for any reason you find the home to be unsuitable after the showing, we will refund your $40 application fee. (No refunds will be given for credit or background checks as they are processed by a 3rd party company)

5. If you find the home to be suitable, we will complete the lease agreement and welcome you to your new home!
