Agreement
This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Bourbon Trail Rentals, LLC ("Company") governing your use of the Bourbon Trail Rentals Receipt Scanner application ("App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
License grant
The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for internal business purposes on behalf of Bourbon Trail Rentals, LLC. This license does not permit you to use the App for any personal, commercial, or third-party purpose.
Authorized users
Access to the App is restricted to employees and authorized contractors of Bourbon Trail Rentals, LLC. You may not share access credentials or grant access to any unauthorized person.
Permitted use
You may use the App only to:
• Upload receipt images for expense processing
• Review and approve AI-extracted expense data
• Post approved expenses to the Company's QuickBooks Online account
Prohibited use
You may not:
• Use the App for any purpose other than internal expense management
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or distribute any part of the App
• Use the App to process receipts or expenses unrelated to Bourbon Trail Rentals, LLC
• Share, sell, or transfer your access to the App to any third party
• Upload content that is illegal, fraudulent, or misleading
Intellectual property
The App, including its design, code, and content, is the property of Bourbon Trail Rentals, LLC and its licensors. Nothing in this Agreement transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
Third-party services
The App integrates with third-party services including Anthropic Claude, Intuit QuickBooks Online, and Netlify. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. The Company is not responsible for the practices of third-party service providers.
QuickBooks Online integration
By using the App, you authorize it to connect to the Company's QuickBooks Online account and create expense records on your behalf. You are responsible for reviewing AI-extracted data for accuracy before posting to QuickBooks Online.
Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The Company does not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI-extracted expense data will be 100% accurate. You are responsible for reviewing all data before it is posted to QuickBooks Online.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including any errors in AI-extracted expense data posted to QuickBooks Online.
Termination
The Company may revoke your access to the App at any time for any reason. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the App.
Governing law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Jefferson County, Kentucky.
