The primary suite with a king bed and private ½ bath are located on the first floor. 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed, are on the second level which is only accessible by stairs. There is 1 full bathroom on the first floor. We spared no expense when renovating this property. High end fixtures, cabinets, flooring, and furniture complete the quaint, comfortable feel of this unit.

There is no private parking. Safe, free, on-street parking is readily available.
The kitchen is amazing. Completely updated with everything that you need to make great meals on site, minus the food. Coffee is provided to help jump start your mornings. It’s a fantastic place to enjoy breakfast or wind down the evening with friends, family, and a bourbon on ice.
The home is walking distance to many great restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, bars, and even independent fresh markets.

Laundry accommodations are provided. Feel free to use them as needed to wash clothes and/or linens.

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
