Embark on a relaxing retreat at this private, secluded East Louisville estate. 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, this home is nestled in the prestigious Prospect neighborhood. Multiple outdoor patios and screened in porches surround the sprawling home which was originally built around a log cabin. Beautiful views of the creek!

Enjoy all of the excitement Bourbon Country has to offer while staying in what feels like a secluded hillside setting. Enjoy modern amenities and updates built around the original log cabin. Multiple outdoor patios offer serene views of the creek and surrounding nature.

The home features 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, a large dining room with a table big enough for the entire group, and a marvelous functional kitchen. Guests will have access to the 3 car garage as well as all outdoor patio areas.

Patio
We have some basic patio furniture, but we do recommend bringing some “easy-to-move” bag chairs to take full advantage of the outdoor areas.

Additional fees will be imposed if the property is left in unsatisfactory condition.

Laundry accommodations are provided. Feel free to use them as needed to wash clothes and/or linens.

-Motion and audio recording devices are located on the exterior of the unit. We fully respect the privacy of all of our guests. Devices only record video and audio on the exterior of the home. The automatic recordings are triggered by motion and noise. Devices are present solely for the safety and security of our guests.

Access to the house is through the front door. The key code will be sent 24 hours prior to check in.

Interaction is minimal. Guests check themselves in. Professional management staff is available for any needs during the stay.

Simply put, the best neighborhood in Louisville! Safe and welcoming. Restaurants, grocery, etc. all nearby.

A vehicle is recommended. Uber and Lyft are not always readily available at this location.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
