This newly renovated three bedroom, bath home is perfect for your family or group. The bright, light filled sun room is great for socializing and relaxing, and the adjoining full kitchen adds to the open floor plan.
The kitchen plenty counter space for cooking. The living room is on the other side of the kitchen to allow additional seating area. The master bedroom features a king bed, the other bedrooms have a king bed and a queen bed. The second full bath is in the hallway and is shared between the additional bedrooms.

Schnitzelburg is a special part of the larger area of Louisville known as Germantown. While all of Germantown includes the area roughly bound by Breckinridge St., Shelby St., Eastern Pkwy., and Beargrass Creek, Schnitzelburg is the southwest (Shelby and Eastern Pkwy.) corner of the larger area. Traditionally, Schnitzelburg was defined by the loop of the old Portland-Shelby bus, and before that by a mule drawn car that made the same loop. The loop began at Shelby and Goss, and went out Shelby to Burnett, Burnett to Texas, Texas to Goss and back to Shelby.

The kitchen well-equipped to prepare meals and feature all cookware, cooking utensils, dinnerware and flatware. If any of these are out, please do not hesitate to ask as we keep stock of these items and someone can drop them off. Coffee essentials such as K-Cups, a variety of sweeteners and creamers are provided.
RENTAL AGREEMENT: Guests are required to sign all Rental Agreements prior to check in. If guests refuse to sign the rental agreement, the cancellation policy will still apply.
KENTUCKY DERBY: All Kentucky Derby week/weekend reservations are non refundable, regardless of whether or not a rental agreement has been signed.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: A security deposit hold is required for this reservation. This deposit is collected outside of the booking platform. The deposit must be collected at least 3 days prior to check or the reservation may be cancelled and the cancellation policy will still apply.
Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
