The house is extremely private, yet offers all the conveniences of the city in one of Louisville’s high end neighborhoods.

***PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. An additional cleaning fee will be charged for all stays of 14 nights or longer. We will send in our cleaning crew to tidy up with new towels, linens, restock supplies, etc. every 14th day of your stay. We will send a request for additional funds equal to the amount of the cleaning fee every 14th day.***

Natural light floods the open floor plan. Beautiful and spacious living room and dining areas, perfect for larger groups. First floor master bedroom and laundry. Two bedrooms on the second floor. The basement and rear workshop are off limits during your stay.

The kitchen is amazing. Completely updated with everything that you need to make great meals on site, minus the food. Coffee is provided to help jump start your mornings. And the walkout, covered veranda is a fantastic place to enjoy breakfast or wind down the evening with friends and a bourbon.

Laundry accommodations are provided. Feel free to use them as needed to wash clothes and/or linens.

-**Basement and rear workshop will not be available for guest use. PLEASE DO NOT BLOCK REAR DRIVEWAY, THE OWNER OPERATES A SMALL BUSINESS AND PEOPLE MY ACCESS THE SHOP ON OCCASION DURING YOUR STAY**
-Security recording devices on premises exist solely for the safety and security of our guests. Guest privacy is a top priority. 4 motion activated devices will be on during guests stay. 1) Front door monitoring exterior front porch area 2) Exterior driveway area monitoring area towards street 3) Exterior rear of home monitoring area near rear workshop 4) In basement monitoring storage area (basement off limits to guests) These devices record audio and video when physical motion is detected.

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
